We'll Find the Fit.

Attorneys, paralegals, contract administrators and legal assistants: tell us what you do and how you want to work, whether that's a few hours a week, a six-month contract or a permanent seat. A LawStaff recruiter takes it from there, and it never costs you anything.

Why Work With LawStaff

A Recruiter in Your Corner

Stepping back from a full-time role, between positions, or ready for your next permanent move? We've been placing legal professionals since 2003.

Fractional, Contract or Permanent

Part-time hours, a contract that ends when the case does, temp-to-hire or a direct-hire offer. Tell us what you want, and that's what we'll call you about.

A Recruiter Who Knows Legal

Your recruiter presents you to employers, sets up the interviews and negotiates pay on your behalf.

Your Video Goes First

Your recorded interview goes out with your résumé, so employers know you before the first call.

On Our Payroll

On fractional and contract work you're paid by direct deposit on a regular schedule, with employer taxes and insurance handled by us. No invoices to send.

Never a Cost to You

Applying and working with LawStaff Group is free. Employers pay our fee, never you.

Your Judgment Stays Yours

We handle staffing and payroll. We never direct an attorney's legal work or professional judgment.

How It Works

What Happens After You Apply

You apply and record your video once. After that, your recruiter does the legwork.

1

Apply Online

Your role, credentials, experience, schedule, pay and résumé. It takes a few minutes, and your progress saves as you go.

2

Record Your Video Interview

Record it right after you apply, or later from the link we email you. Phone or laptop both work.

3

We Make the Match

Your recruiter matches you with openings that fit your practice, schedule and pay, and sets up the interviews.

4

Start Work

Accept an offer and start. On fractional and contract roles, you're on our payroll from day one.

Your Video Interview

Employers Meet You Before the First Call

Your recruiter sends employers your résumé, your practice areas, experience and credentials and, front and center, your video interview.

A video says more than a résumé ever could. Over 1,000 candidates across NorthPoint have already filmed one, and employers tell us it's the first thing they watch.
